Rallysport Academy
Rallysport Engineering lead the field in alternative education in Essex. We specialise in teaching motor vehicle mechanics to a wide range of young learners aged between 14 and 16 who find the normal learning environment a challenge, or to those who find a hands on approach to learning more beneficial.
Those who attend our academy can be guaranteed a safe and unique introduction into the motor vehicle industry, carried out by a highly skilled team, in a safe and friendly workshop environment.
The Rallysport Academies are amongst the largest and best equipped motor vehicle workshops in Essex, specialising in alternative education. Having received outstanding comments from Ofsted, our provisions have a very bright future, with the Rallysport Engineering name a recognised name across Essex with regards to offering excellent alternative provision.
Rallysport Engineering understand that some students have the ability to learn quicker than others, that’s why we work at a very low student to teacher ratio, allowing maximum time with each student and the ability to adapt our teaching methods to suit the learners individual needs. We provide a fully tailored learning experience in a safe, relaxed and exciting environment.
The curriculum at the academy is based on a philosophy of “learning by doing”, of which 80% of the learning time is practical based, overseen by experienced staff, whilst working in our fully equipped workshops, to stringent health and safety regulations.
We re-enforce the mechanical skills students learn through the inclusion of exciting and unique projects, such as race car preparation and our Rallysport Ford Focus and Fiesta rally cars. We endeavor to teach all of our students the skills and techniques needed to help them realise their potential, gain responsibility for their actions, and provide them with the strongest possible foundations from which they can build upon to create a prosperous career in the motor vehicle industry.
At the Rallysport Engineering Academy we offer everyone the opportunity to achieve a recognised qualification in motor vehicle studies, and by working in conjunction with ABC Awards and IMI we are able to provide a structured training program that is designed to focus on specific vehicle units whilst also incorporating the unique projects and real world experiences offered at Rallysport Engineering.
